Outreach Reception Held for People with Hearing Impairments in Tashkent District

The Tashkent Regional Branch of the Uzbekistan Society of the Deaf organized an outreach reception for people with hearing impairments living in Tashkent District.

During the reception, citizens’ appeals concerning social support, healthcare, employment, and financial assistance were reviewed. To ensure prompt resolution of these issues, meetings were held with representatives of the “Inson” Social Services Center, Mikromoliya Bank, the district polyclinic, and local manufacturing enterprises.

As a result of these meetings, practical measures were identified to address the issues raised. The Uzbekistan Society of the Deaf continues its systematic efforts to protect the rights of people with hearing impairments, provide social support, and improve their quality of life.
