Active Volunteers of the Society of Deaf Uzbekistan Recognized Ahead of Independence Day

On July 28, 2026, the Tashkent Regional Branch of the Society of Deaf Uzbekistan held an event to recognize active volunteers with hearing impairments, dedicated to the celebration of the Independence Day of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

During the event, sincere appreciation was expressed to volunteers who make a valuable contribution to the development of the deaf community through their active participation in public life and the activities of the Society. The most active participants were recognized for their dedicated work, initiative, and civic engagement.

The participants were also provided with detailed information about the procedure for joining the Society of Deaf Uzbekistan, the importance of membership, the rights and responsibilities of members, as well as the social, educational, and other opportunities available to members of the organization.

Such events contribute to strengthening the volunteer movement, increasing the civic engagement of people with hearing impairments, and further developing the activities of the Society of Deaf Uzbekistan.
