As part of the “Friendship” Festival, a wreath-laying ceremony was held at the Independence Monument on July 23.

The Society of Deaf Uzbekistan was represented at the event by M. Inogamov, Leading Specialist, and M. Abdumalikova, Sign Language Interpreter.

Together with representatives of civil society institutions, the participants laid flowers at the foot of the Independence Monument, a symbol of peace, national unity, and the independence of our country.
